How to Enable Meta Data Description Of Post In Blogger
Today we will discuss the hottest topic of the internet which is the SEO of blogger. So, we will enable meta description for every post. In the old blogger plat form this option was not present but after the 2013 this option is enabled by blogger for their users. By this option you can add a best search description for your blog that will be searched by search engine and will not show on your blog. It is not enabled by default on your blog you have to enable it manually. Come On...Lets Start.
How to Enable Meta Description (Search Description) For Every Blog Post In Blogger...?
- Sign in your blogger account and click on settings.
- In the search there will be sub category Search Preferences open it.
- Under meta tags add your blog search description.
- Enable custom robots header tags.
- Add mete description code (if it is not appearing).
Open Search Preferences.
After that you will have to open the search setting (Search Preferences) which will be the sub category of setting. Here is all the search engine setting of your blog. We will customize it..
Add your Blog's Search description In Meta Tags Heading.
There will be a heading Mete Tags, add a search description for your blog in 150 characters not more than it. This is the search description of your blog not of your post. Search engine crawl this description and rank your blog high in blog lists.
Enable Custom Robots header Tags.
Now you will have to enable your blog's custom robot header tags this will help search engine bots to crawl your blog as you want.. The options which are most specific are under in picture.
Set all options according to this picture. And click on save changes and thats it you had enabled search description for every blog post.
Add code if mete Description is not appearing.
If the meta description is not appearing in your post than you will have to adds a code in your template for make it to showing.
It happens in some third party templates but not in blogger default tepmplates.
